Welsh Rarbit Fondue

The fondue of my childhood. chedder. unclassy. yet so good.


Melt:
4 T butter
add
¼ c flour
Add
2 ½ milk
Stir over low heat until thick
Add
1 ½ c grated cheese
Stir until melted
Add:
¾ t salt
¾ t mustard (dry)
Dash paprika
Serve with bread (duh)
